Can you believe 2025 is already wrapping up?
We’re sitting here with a hot cup of Korean tea, thinking about all the BBQs, ramen bowls, birthday feasts, and spontaneous dinners we've shared with you this year and honestly, we just feel so grateful.
Whether you came in for the first time this year or you’re basically part of the furniture at this point (you know who you are), we just want to say THANK YOU.
You’ve brought:
We’ve loved seeing you turn tables into celebration spots, and new dishes into familiar favourites. Some of you have even become like friends to us always walking in with a smile, asking for your usual, and making our space feel like home.
In Korea, Christmas is more about togetherness and joy than big gifts or decorations. People go out to eat, share good food, and spend time with the ones they care about most. That’s why this season means so much to us here at Kimchi.
So we just want to say:
✨ 메리 크리스마스! (Merry Christmas!)
✨ 여러분 덕분에 김치가 더욱 따뜻한 곳이 되었어요.
(Because of you, Kimchi has become an even warmer place.)
We mean it. You’ve helped us grow not just as a restaurant, but as a place where people connect with Korean food, with each other, and with moments that matter.
🎁 Wishing You a Beautiful Holiday Season
Wherever you’re spending your Christmas at home, with mates, or staying local we hope your plate is full, your heart is full, and your snacks are spicy. 😉
We’ll be back soon with a special New Year’s message and a peek at what’s coming in 2026 (spoiler alert: it’s going to be 🔥). But for now, we just want to say:
Thank you for every bite, every visit, and every moment.
You made our 2025 unforgettable.
From everyone here at Kimchi:
고맙습니다! (Thank you!)
