🧂 120ml soy sauce
🍬 2 tbsp light brown sugar
🍚 2 tbsp rice vinegar
🌶 1 tbsp chilli flakes
🔥 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)
🍯 1 tsp honey
🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
🫚 1 tsp minced ginger
🥄 1 tsp sesame oil
💧 50ml water
🌽 1 tbsp cornflour/starch + 1 tbsp cold water
